A vibrant and welcoming primary school located in Isleworth, Middlesex, are seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join their team and help inspire and guide its youngest learners. Their Early Years Provision is a dynamic and exciting place to work, combining both Nursery and Reception classes, with a free-flowing, montessory-style approach to learning.

Job Description:
As a Nursery Assistant, you will work alongside the Early Years team, supporting children in both Nursery and Reception. Your role will include assisting with classroom activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment, and providing individualized support to help children develop both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of the Early Years curriculum in the combined Nursery and Reception class.
- Assist with the planning and preparation of learning activities.
- Help create a nurturing, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Provide individualized support for children, promoting their development and well-being.
- Work closely with teachers to monitor and assess children's progress.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of children at all times.
- Maintain effective communication with staff, parents, and carers.
Essential Requirements:
- Prior experience working with children, ideally within the Early Years or Education sector.
- A passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A positive and proactive attitude to work.
