Within the role of Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and driving continuous improvement. Your focus will be on enhancing the effectiveness of systems, procedures, and processes while keeping the customer experience at the forefront.This will include considering the customer when conducting sample reviews, enabling you to accurately identify issues and improvements, and help create value across the service.
You will have responsibility for quality assured audits, managing mailboxes, distributing work, processing applications, and supporting the wider Earned Recognition team. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, both within DVSA and external customers, developing positive and productive working relationships.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining the schedule of audits according to risk.
- Conducting internal sampling on the application process to identify any areas for improvement and produce reports.
- Recording data accurately using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM database, ensuring records are up to date.
- Delivering a high standard of customer service, answering enquiries from internal and external customers and stakeholders.
