Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising MFL classes (French, Spanish, or other languages) when teachers are absent, ensuring students stay focused and complete set tasks.
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Supporting students with language work, helping them understand and engage with the material.
- Working closely with the MFL department to ensure lesson continuity and smooth transitions.
- Building relationships with students to inspire interest in foreign languages and cultures.
Ideal Candidate:
- A recent graduate with a degree in French, Spanish, or any Modern Foreign Languages.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Confidence in managing a classroom and maintaining behaviour standards.
- Passion for languages and a desire to make an impact in the classroom.
- A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
