We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join a Secondary School in York, North Yorkshire.
Position: Design & Technology TeacherLocation: Calne, York
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Role Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Design & Technology to students of varying abilities.
- Create innovative and interactive teaching materials to enhance learning experiences.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the design and implementation of the D&T curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes creativity and critical thinking.
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent in Design & Technology.
- Experience teaching D&T at the secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
