Reed Recruitment (Southampton Branch) are recruiting for a full-time caretaker / School Site Manager for a secondary school in Eastleigh.
The shift pattern will consist of a 3-week rota:
- Week 1 – Monday to Friday 06:00 – 14:00
- Week 2 – Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00
- Week 3 – Monday to Friday 14:30 – 22:30
Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Members of the site team will support and work together across all areas as an effective team in support of a range of school activities and projects. It will also include key holder security responsibilities across the whole school with the shift pattern.The ability to work well in a team is essential, as is a good sense of pride in the role. You will need to be able to offer flexibility and relate well to pupils and adults.
