Based in our Wellingborough head office, you have the flexibility to work from home two days per week. Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Your Role- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and manage expectations.
- Support colleagues across Arkle who have no formal project management background to identify project tasks, timelines and resource requirements.
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
- Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and meeting minutes.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Strategic Transformation function and its way of working.
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong on the process side of Project Management including controls and risk management.
- Financial Services experience.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- A project management qualification ( e.g. Prince2, PMP, Scrum Master or recognised equivalent).
- A self-starter who is comfortable to be THE person the business relies on to keep projects on track.
