The Role
As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain focused on their work.
- Support students with their learning and provide guidance as needed.
- Gain invaluable experience in a range of subjects and classroom settings.
- Work closely with teaching staff and the leadership team to maintain a positive learning environment.
