Requirements

HRIS Project Manager (Contract)

Location: Hybrid (London office, 2-3 days per week)

Contract Type: Fixed term contract 6-9mths. Full-Time (Starting February)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead a sophisticated HR system migration. The successful candidate will have expertise in project management within the HR, Finance, and IT space, and be responsible for aligning systems between the UK and US entities.

Working closely with the finance team, this role requires a hands-on approach and excellent communication skills to ensure a seamless migration and data integration process. This is a critical role reporting to the Head of IT and partnering with Annie, our HR/Talent lead, and finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. System Migration & Integration:
  • Lead the migration and integration, ensuring compatibility and seamless communication with payroll and other systems in the US.
  • Implement best practices for data integrity and ensure consistent HR data migration, free from disruptions.
  • Coordinate system setup and support documentation for a full go-live in July.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Engage cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and HR teams, ensuring all project needs align with business objectives.
  • Partner with Finance, coordinating schedules and data migration plans with global teams (occasional alignment with New York).
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to meet project milestones and requirements.
  • Project Planning & Management:
  • Develop a structured project plan, establishing clear goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Conduct regular project cadence meetings to report on progress and address risks or delays.
  • Produce and maintain accurate project documentation and assessments to inform leadership and stakeholders of ongoing progress.
  • Data Quality & Integrity:
  • Establish standards and protocols to maintain data accuracy throughout the migration process.
  • Coordinate with IT teams for data validation processes, ensuring no disruption to data access or integrity.
  • Perform regular audits and reconciliations to safeguard data fidelity and security.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in project management, with a focus on HRIS implementation, system migrations, or related HR/IT/Finance projects. Experience with Namely or HiBob a bonus.
  • Systems Knowledge: Proven experience aligning with payroll and HR systems integration across the UK and US, previous use of HiBob or Namely advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate with and present to stakeholders across departments, including C-suite and global partners.
  • Location Flexibility: Based in the UK, able to commute to the London office 2-3 days per week, with flexibility for occasional meetings aligned with US time zones.
  • Professional Qualifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or related certification preferred but not required.

Additional Details:

  • Contract Length: 6mths, with potential to extend
  • Start Date: February 2025, with an initial goal to complete system integration by July.
  • Hours: Five days per week, full-time (with flexibility around critical project deadlines/aligning with team in New York occasionally).
