London - Retail Supervisor
What you'll bring to the team:
The London Dungeon and Shrek’s Adventure! London are looking for a Retail Supervisor responsible for managing and motivating the Retail team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Working across both landmark attractions you will be interacting with our guests either on their journey to Far, Far Away to find Shrek or on their way to Traitors Gate to have their heads chopped off! (just a little different ‘ey!). Not many people can say they work somewhere where one day you may experience being part of a fairy-tale or another exploring London’s murky past!
About the role
As Supervisor within the Retail Department you’ll coach and manage the Retail team to ensure they deliver excellent customer service. Updating the team on daily targets, results and information to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. You'll share knowledge on products and upselling to help achieve KPI targets.
As a Retail Supervisor you will manage the Tavern Bar and ensure that Challenge 25 is observed by all team members and supporting the team with the daily operation.
This is permanent, full-time role, based upon working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis. This will include weekends and bank holidays. Our attractions are open daily and so flexibility is needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience leading a team within a busy fast paced retail environment
- Strong communication and motivational abilities to inspire your team
- A customer-first mindset with a talent for problem-solving
- Knowledge of retail sales, bar management, and relevant regulations
- Can take responsibility, step up, and take the lead when the pressure’s on
