£13.90 weekday and £14.45 weekend
Fixed two week working pattern (includes alternate weekends)

The Role - Senior Care Assistant (Elderly Care)
As a Senior Care Assistant in this elderly care service in Garforth, Leeds you will:
- Deliver outstanding elderly care in line with person-centred care plans
- Lead and support Care Assistants on shift
- Complete and review care plans and risk assessments
- Monitor resident wellbeing and respond to changes in condition
- Liaise with families and healthcare professionals
- Support medication management and ordering
- Participate in on-call duties (as part of a rota)
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and elderly care regulations
- Conduct supervisions, audits, and support staff development
This Senior Care Assistant role in Garforth, Leeds is ideal for someone who is confident leading shifts within an elderly care setting and maintaining high compliance standards.
About You
To be successful in this Senior Care Assistant - Elderly Care role in Leeds, Garforth, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in health and social care
- At least 1 year's experience within a care home (elderly care essential)
- Level 2 Health & Social Care (essential)
- Level 3 Health & Social Care (desirable or willing to work towards)
- Experience at Senior Care Assistant level within elderly care
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Established elderly care service in Leeds, Garforth
- Supportive management team
