1:1 Teaching Assistant - Primary School in Redhill
Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? A friendly and inclusive primary school in Redhill is looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support to children with Autism, ADHD, or behavioural challenges.This role is perfect for someone with experience in special educational needs (SEN) who wants to make a lasting impact on a child's learning journey.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one with a child, helping them stay focused and achieve their learning goals.
- Assist the teacher in delivering a structured and engaging classroom experience.
- Identify and manage behavioural triggers, using effective strategies to provide support.
- Encourage the child's confidence, independence, and social development.
- Full-time role, term-time only (Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30)

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working with children who have additional needs, including Autism and ADHD
