We are currently recruiting for a receptionist to join our growing community admin team. We have free onsite parking or street parking close by.
You will be joining a friendly, established team where training and support will be provided.
The current vacancy is for Knowle Clinic on a Monday and Friday and will Amelia Nut on a Thursday but may need to cover Knowle depending on service needs .- Amelia Nutt BS13 8QA
- Knowle Clinic BS4 2UH (Main Base Location)
Monday, Thursday and Friday 8:30-17:00 with 1 hour for lunch
Main duties of the job
Our receptionists provide support to patients and the wider Sirona Services across our patch. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visiting staff, so you must ensure that staff and guests receive a professional welcome. This role also involves providing clerical and administrative support, maintaining high standards within the working environment and providing day to day support with the running and functioning of the building.
Main duties include:
- Providing a comprehensive reception service for the building (answering calls, greeting visitors, distributing post etc)
- Provide support for checking in Sirona patients
- Point of contact for facilities issues, liaising with building security to report faults, and completing weekly building checks
- Dealing with all queries, either via telephone or face to face, promptly and efficiently to ensure that an accurate and quality service is provided
- Sending letters by email / post
- To support teams with administration support

Qualifications
Essential criteria- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
- Relevant knowledge and experience or NVQ Level 2 in business administration
Essential and Desirable
Essential criteria- Experience in Customer/client interaction
- Good level of IT literacy
- Familiar in the use of Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, Access) and Outlook Emails
- Experience of working in an office environment dealing with correspondence, filing, photocopying and routine administrative work
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently and professionally face to face and over the telephone with a variety of people
