Job Description

• Supporting fee earners / Partners with a range of property-related transactions.
• Getting involved in a range of work including drafting documents, leases, licenses etc
• Conducting legal research and drafting documents.
• Managing files efficiently, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Maintaining client relationships and providing excellent customer service.
• Supporting senior fee earners on larger property transactions.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Real Estate Paralegal should have:

• A minimum of 12 to 18 months working as a Commercial Property Paralegal.
• Strong academics
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ties to Yorkshire
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain excellent client relationships.

• An estimated salary range of £24,000 - £28,000 per year.
• A generous pension scheme with 5% contribution.
