Job Description
The Real Estate Paralegal will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;- Supporting fee earners / Partners with a range of property-related transactions.
- Getting involved in a range of work including drafting documents, leases, licenses etc
- Conducting legal research and drafting documents.
- Managing files efficiently, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Maintaining client relationships and providing excellent customer service.
- Supporting senior fee earners on larger property transactions.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Real Estate Paralegal should have:
- A minimum of 12 to 18 months working as a Commercial Property Paralegal.
- Strong academics
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ties to Yorkshire
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain excellent client relationships.
- An estimated salary range of £24,000 - £28,000 per year.
- A generous pension scheme with 5% contribution.
- 25 days of holiday leave annually.
