The role: To support all elements of Learning and Development to ensure colleagues can receive fulfilling careers Key Responsibilities: Managing the apprentices in the business with support from our suppliers.Support implementation of any Learning & Development driven projectsCoordination of Training needs analysis / surveys and other data driven activity to help drive strategyHelp with co-ordination of eventsSupporting the booking of coursesSupport development learning content and document creationCreating documents & keeping the Intranet up to dateHelping and supporting with all projects that come into L&D What Were Looking For: Experience of booking courses and eventsGood analytical skillsCommunication in large businessesCar Driver Why Join Care UK?
