Social Worker
- Kinship Team Cardiff £38.43 in line with the All Wales Pledge A Qualified Social Worker is required on a part time basis, for 3 days a week to jion Cardiff Social Services, Kinship assessment team.
This role offers hybrid working and offers a pay rate in line with the All Wales Pledge of up to £38.43 per hour Umbrella company.
In this role you will be required to complete Connected Person Assessments and Special Guardianship assessments including conversion assessments for those carers pursuing a Special Guardianship arrangement.You will be responsible for assessing potential kinship arrangements and those currently approved foster carers.
You would have to be able explain the benefits and differences of becoming a Kinship foster carer or Special Guardian for the child(ren) in their care To apply for this role, you will need to hold
- A minimum of 6 months experience of working in the UK as a registered social worker A relevant Social Work Qualification Registration with Social Care Wales / Social Work England Enhanced DBS, registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS 3 Years of referencing Driving license with access to a car Benefits of working for Hoop: 20 years/ experience of the Social Work market Your local agency based in Cardiff Welsh-speaking consultant available should you wish to converse in Welsh throughout your job search PAYE and Umbrella payroll options available
