• Efficiently administer the daily operations of the Sixth Form department
• Supervise study areas and ensure a conducive learning environment
• Coordinate with teaching staff to manage timetables and schedules
• Assist in the planning and execution of department events and activities
• Manage departmental correspondence and communication
• Ensure adherence to educational standards and school policies
• Provide excellent customer service to students, staff and parents
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sixth Form Administrator & Study Area Supervisor should have:

• Relevant educational qualifications
• Experience in a similar role within an educational setting
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
• You must hold a current DBS.
