Management Accountant

Hays are working in partnership with a successful business in Shrewsbury who are looking for a management accountant to join their established team
Your new role
In this role, you will collaborate closely with fellow Accountants and report directly to the Financial Director (FD). Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Preparing the monthly accounts and balance sheet reconciliations for a specific division within the group.
- Overseeing debtor and creditor balances, as well as managing key areas of the accounts, including coding invoices, reconciling stock and analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
This role is ideal for individuals who are either qualified by experience or currently pursuing Accounting qualifications with suitable experience. Strong Excel skills are essential, and proficiency in Power BI is a plus, though not required.
