ResponsibilitiesLead and manage neighbourhood engagement initiatives to foster community participation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, residents, and community organizations.
Assess community needs through data analysis, surveys, and direct feedback to inform strategic planning.
Design and implement programs that address local issues such as safety, health, and environmental concerns.
Evaluate the effectiveness of neighbourhood projects and make recommendations for improvement.
Administer budgets and resources for various community programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
Prepare detailed reports on community engagement activities, outcomes, and strategic recommendations.
RequirementsProven experience in community engagement, social services, or local government.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with a focus on team development and collaboration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse populations.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
Knowledge of local policies, regulations, and community development best practices.
Proficiency in project management with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in social science, public administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

Pay Per Hour: £19.95
