Part Time Accounts Administrator

Im working with a family owned industrial based business who are looking to recruit a part time Accounts Administrator to join their team. They are looking for someone who can use their own initiative, be self motivated, and happy to work alongside a small but friendly team.
Main aspects of the job include, but are not limited to: Updating the sales and purchase order databasesProducing sales invoices from information provided by the sales teamProducing purchase orders from information provided by the BuyerUpdating the GBP, USD & Euro cash books and petty cashSending of technical documentation out to customersAssisting with documentation on Letters of CreditArchiving & FilingAssisting in other areas of the business if needed Previous experience would be desirable in a similar role, and preferably use of Sage, Microsoft Word and Excel would be beneficial.
