Reception & Front of House- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and employees, providing a warm, professional and welcoming experience.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is maintained to a high standard at all times and remains clean, organised and presentable.
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing callers to the appropriate person or department.
- Accurately take and relay messages, ensuring information is passed on in a timely manner.
- Receive, record and distribute all parcels and deliveries, notifying relevant personnel upon arrival
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities team, particularly with Health & Safety documentation and records including monitoring the Health and Safety inbox.
- Assist with invoicing processes, including logging invoices, tracking approvals and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the Facilities team with utilities administration for all stores nationwide, including data collection, reporting and general coordination
- Provide general administrative support to the Building Manager as required for Head Office operations.
- Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
Requirements
Essential- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proven administrative experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent telephone manner with a professional and confident approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Personable, professional, well-presented and self-motivated.
- Health & Safety administrative experience.
- Experience supporting facilities or building management functions.
- Utilities administration experience.
