Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be forefront of the business providing quotes for customers following up on these accordingly and taking orders alongside processing these on the system.
You will be the point of contact for the customer throughout the process ensuring a quick seamless delivery and handling any queries along the way.
The role includes a high volume of calls and emails from existing/new customers and you will be making sure the highest level of service is provided at all times.

No experience required full training would be provided we are looking for the below
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
Customer centric and passionate about providing the highest level of customer service
Able to work in a busy environment
An excellent team player
