This role requires you to have a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a relevant service area, a current SIA license (Security). You must also hold a full, current and valid driving licence.Your working pattern will alternate between a 7.00am and 8.00am start time.
The Role

As a Team Leader, you will guide a diverse group of professionals to achieve their best work. You will promote a positive and productive culture whilst ensuring that the team meets organisational goals and exceeds client expectations. Your leadership will empower team members to take initiative, enhance their skills and contribute meaningfully to the services delivered by the section.
Key Responsibilities include: Leading and motivating a professional team by fostering collaboration and accountability, setting clear goals and performance metrics, coordinating activities to align with organisational objectives, acting as a liaison with upper management, promoting professional development through training opportunities, and implementing process improvements to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
