We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Business Studies to deliver a diverse and engaging curriculum across KS4 & KS5 helping them to develop their skills and enthusiasm for business studies.

Position: Teacher of Business Studies - Part time - 2 days per week
Department: Business
Education Stage: Secondary (Key Stage 4 & 5)

Experience:

  • Successful experience teaching Business at Key Stage 4 and 5.
  • Positive, sustained impact on students’ achievement through your own teaching and through supporting others.
  • Good behaviour management skills.
  • The ability to motivate young people.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • PGCE or equivalent in secondary education with relevant subject specialism
  • A strong interest in Business Studies with the ability to inspire secondary school students.
  • Relevant qualifications in Business Studies or a related subject.
  • Ability to plan engaging lessons tailored to gifted learners at Key Stage 4 & 5.
  • Good communication skills with both students and colleagues.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively within the Learning Support and Enrichment team.
  • Basic understanding of curriculum requirements for Key Stage 4 & 5 Business Studies.
