What you’ll do:
- Ensure security by conducting regular patrols, managing access control, and monitoring CCTV systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, addressing concerns, and ensuring safety protocols.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, document incidents, and maintain compliance with internal/external audits.
- Manage key registers, ID card issuance, and ensure accurate reporting in line with security SOPs.
- Assist with building evacuations, deliveries, and contractor inductions while maintaining communication with the security manager.
What you bring:
- Must hold a valid DS and CCTV SIA licence (training available for CCTV).
- Must have an EFAW or FAW first aid certificate.
- Flexible to work days, nights, and weekends, with the ability to respond swiftly to emergencies.
- Previous experience in security, especially in high-end retail or events venues, with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to write detailed incident reports and maintain a smart appearance.

- Mix days and Night
- Opportunity for overtime
- 42 hours per week
- £14.70 per hour + Sodexo Benefits
