Sales Administrator
Basildon, Essex
£24,480 + monthly bonus
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, parking on site and pension scheme

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our sales processes run smoothly. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Managing portals for our newly acquired nationwide customers.
- Processing all sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinating equipment and installations with precision.
- Handling new rental agreements and supporting related processes.
- Monitoring and tracking sales orders for accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicating effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to swiftly resolve any issues.
- Supporting the sales and service team with various administrative tasks.
- Keeping our CRM system updated with accurate customer data.
- Monitoring inventory and keeping the team informed on stock availability.
- Chasing overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with all our customers.
- Ensuring all company processes and standards are adhered to.
- Staying updated on company products and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in sales support or administration.
- Confident and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including CRM systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- The capability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including problem-solving abilities.
