We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in Harold Wood. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service, a strong background in face-to-face B2C sales, and an interest in the automotive industry.You will be the key point of contact for customers, guiding them through their car-buying journey and ensuring they receive a first-class experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable car-buying experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and provide in-depth knowledge about vehicle features, financing options, and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service from initial contact to post-sale support.
- Work towards achieving personal and team sales targets, maximising commission opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently present vehicle options and upsell additional services.
- Process sales transactions efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with colleagues and management to ensure smooth dealership operations.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance performance and career growth.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom environment for all customers.
- Previous experience in a sales role, ideally with a focus on face-to-face B2C sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging with customers.
- Enthusiasm for cars and the automotive industry.
- A full and valid UK driving licence.
