Family Solicitor – Southport

An exceptional opportunity has arisen in Southport for a driven Family Solicitor to lead the department.

The firm is seeking a Senior Family Solicitor to head its private team. This reputable firm continues to grow, thanks to a loyal clientele, strong reputation and effective business development strategy.

This senior role will best suit an ambitious Solicitor (3+ years PQE) with extensive experience in the Private Family sector.

As the lead Solicitor in the specialist Family team, your responsibilities will include managing your own caseload of private family clients and spearheading the team's development. You will work independently and without supervision, allowing you to excel in your expertise, supported by a capable junior team.

The team is succession planning and will soon require a new Head of Department; it is anticipated that you will be the vanguard for this role.

Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience, with a salary guideline of up to £55k.
