We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Research Assistant to work with the Compassionate Mind Training for All team and the Specialist Psychotherapies Service. The post offers a rare opportunity to undertake high quality and innovative research within an established psychotherapies clinical service and a staff support initiative across BSMHFT.

We are looking for someone motivated with project management experience who enjoys a dynamic environment and has a passion to explore research and make a positive difference to services for our clients and colleagues alike. The post holder will contribute to the development of comprehensive evaluation programmes in a tertiary psychodynamic psychotherapy service and a staff support service, with the opportunity to also become a compassionate mind trainer.

This will be a hybrid post within a friendly and supportive team where we hold a focus on compassion, collaboration and inclusivity at the heart of our work. The post will be split with 2 days per week allocated to SPS and 3 days per week allocated to CMT.

This post will also include training to co-facilitate the Compassionate Mind Training for all staff support programme.
