Lady Barn House School is a thriving independent day preparatory school for boys and girls aged 3 to 11. There are currently around 490 pupils on roll. We are looking for a qualified, enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our Inclusive Learning team. This is a new and exciting role focused on supporting and promoting positive learning experiences throughout the School.

The post involves providing support for pupils, the SENDCo and teachers. Each class at Lady Barn has approximately 24 children, with a roughly equal split of boys and girls.

Please note that, at particularly busy periods, it may be necessary Higher Level Teaching Assistants to provide teaching support for short periods across the School.

The successful applicants must have an excellent rapport with young children, be committed to the highest standards of educational provision and be in sympathy with the aims and ethos of Lady Barn House School.

The hours of work are 8.15am to 4.15pm, term time only plus 8 days.
