JOB SUMMARY

You will need to have the ability to work effectively on your own and as part of a team.
Duties will include all aspects of personal care, including:-
Ordering, collecting and administration of medicationsFood and fluid preparation
Skin integrity management
Working in partnership with other professionals to ensure person centred support is delivered.

Previous experience in care is desirable however not essential as full support and training will be offered. An SVQ in care would be advantageous.
