Key Responsibilities
Handling a caseload of residential matters including sales and purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages, deeds of gift, assured shorthold tenancy agreements, right to buy, compulsory purchase & freehold purchases.Building strong, long-term relationships with the clients and help drive the growth of the firm by representing them in how you work.
About YouThe ideal candidate will have a keen eye for the managerial aspects of the role.
Qualified Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed ConveyancerReady to take on a strategic role within a well-established team and firm.
Confidence and great communication skills will help you whether working with their commercially savvy clients or when networking and marketing the firm.
