About the Role:
As the Senior Operations Manager, you’ll report directly to the Managing Director and play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery of our clients contracts.
You’ll oversee all operational activities dynamic team fostering a culture of excellence in safety, quality, and operational delivery while driving business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Leading and mentoring Contract Delivery Managers to surpass client and internal KPIs.Executing the strategic vision for the business.
Mobilising new contracts and embedding best practices across all departments.
Championing safety and ensuring compliance at every level.
Managing budgets, programmes, and contractual negotiations.
Reporting on performance metrics, including safety and profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a proven track record in telecoms, or Facilities Management, who is ready to inspire a diverse team.
Key Skills and Experience:
Extensive contract management experience in Telecoms or construction.Exceptional leadership skills, capable of motivating teams and driving success.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and optimise resources.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
Commitment to safety, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
