This is a great opportunity for a Financial Services solicitor to develop their experience/skills and you will have responsibility for drafting, reviewing, maintaining and advising upon product related terms and conditions and other relevant customer documentation and associated material across the Group and regularly reviewing to ensure ongoing compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
A key part of the role will be advising on strategic change projects, new mortgage propositions and the digitisation of our customer offerings. You will also be advising on transactional product queries, financial promotions etc.This is likely to suit someone with at least couple of years PQE and initially is offered on a long-term contract basis, however there is likely to be a strong business case for a permanent head and a discussion is willing to be had, given the scarcity of such lawyers.
