Our Client are an industry leader and are going through a period of real growth. They are now looking to appoint a Contact Centre Sales Manager to lead a small internal function and drive business growth
Job Description- Implement, drive and manage KPI's and other metrics within the sales function
- Ensure a high level of service is provided to B2B customers during all interactions
- Provide product information including pricing etc to customers
- Encourage sales conversions, up-selling and repeat business across the department
- Create a culture of sales and customer excellence across the department
- Provide support to the field sales operation around products and pricing
- Create and present reports on customer and sales activity to directors within the business
- Experience leading an outbound function previously
- Understanding of contact centre / or customer operations
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent leader of people
- £40,000 - £50,000
