As a Property Litigation Solicitor, your duties and day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Managing your own caseload of Property Litigation matters from inception to completion on boundary dispute claims, landlord and tenant disputes, disrepair matters and contractual disputesSupervising junior colleagues
Working closely with clients to build lasting relationships
Assist in the business development and networking activities of the department and wider business
Conducting relevant legal research
The successful candidate for this Property Litigation Solicitor role will ideally have 5+ years PQE within Property law, has excellent client care and communication skills, are passionate about what you do and are looking to contribute to the overall development of a reputable legal practice.
