Here are The Mick George Group we are looking for an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to Senior Directors to be based at our Head Office in Huntingdon.
Role Overview:

The Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to our executives, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role requires a meticulous, resourceful, and adaptable individual who can handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organise executives' calendars, schedules, and appointments.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, including booking venues and preparing necessary materials.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office organisation.
  • Support personal tasks and errands for executives as required.

Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role with business leaders.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and quality of presentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and think proactively.
  • Prepared to work flexible hours when required and possess a can-do attitude.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
