Your new role

As a key member of the Digital Marketing Team, you will manage Google, Bing, and Facebook Ad campaigns for various eCommerce clients. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies, ensuring strong returns on ad spend, and optimising conversion rates.

You will work closely with all business functions, supporting consultants with client account management, project management, and consulting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage client Google, Bing, and Facebook Advertising accounts, ensuring strong returns on ad spend across Search, Shopping, and Display campaigns.
  • Maximise client benefits from digital marketing and conversion optimisation.
  • Liaise with clients and attend client meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and propose impactful digital marketing solutions and action plans.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, channel performance analysis, iterative refinement, and channel performance reporting.
  • Assist the wider team in establishing and implementing digital strategies for each client.
  • Support broader team eCommerce initiatives, especially in relation to ad-led Conversion Rate Optimisation changes on clients' websites.
  • Help support, deliver, and assist digital projects, driving results on time in accordance with agreed parameters.
  • Provide client support, advice, calls, and training.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and personal development in your specialist field (particularly Google and Facebook).
  • Participate in the creation and improvement of internal processes and business infrastructure, including reviewing new industry tools and opportunities to benefit the company and its clients.

What you'll need to succeed

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrable experience in creating and managing Google, Bing, and Social Media advertising campaigns.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to communicate information well through various channels.
  • Enthusiasm, initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with good listening and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Awareness of new eCommerce and digital marketing technology trends.
  • Knowledge of Excel and online productivity tools.
  • Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Strong time management, task prioritisation, organisation, and follow-up skills.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Google & Bing certified.
  • Facebook Blueprint Certified.
  • 2 years of professional experience in an eCommerce, retail, digital marketing, or communications role.
  • Omni-channel experience in SEO, Email, content, and community management.
  • Knowledge of Google Drive and online productivity tools.
