As a Bank Support Worker, you’ll be a vital part of a dedicated team supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. Your role will be diverse and rewarding – no two days are ever the same!
You'll be:
- Helping with day-to-day activities like cooking, cleaning, and personal care
- Encouraging hobbies, interests, and community engagement
- Supporting people to live more independently and confidently
- Administering medication and completing daily care records
- Ensuring the safety and dignity of those you support at all times
