• Social Media Oversight: Create and execute social media strategies to boost brand presence and engage target audiences. Manage the scheduling and publishing of content across multiple platforms.
• Advertising Campaigns & Promotions: Lead the development of advertising campaigns across digital and traditional media. Collaborate on promotional efforts designed to accelerate business growth and enhance brand exposure.
• Content Production: Generate compelling content for print and digital platforms, including newsletters, blogs, and marketing collateral. Ensure all materials reflect the brand's tone and messaging consistency.
• Market Insight & Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics. Utilize these insights to refine marketing tactics and initiatives.
• Event Management: Coordinate and execute corporate events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Manage logistics and promotional efforts to achieve maximum outreach and audience engagement.
• Internal and External Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with internal departments and external partners. Provide regular updates on marketing initiatives, campaign progress, and media coverage.
• Campaign Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and assess the performance of marketing initiatives and social media campaigns. Compile reports with actionable insights and recommendations to enhance future performance.

• Proven experience in marketing and media roles, with a strong emphasis on social media and traditional advertising (essential)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business ( or equivalent)
• Experience in the electrical industrial sector or a related field (desirable)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and information.
• Skilled in using social media management platforms and marketing software tools.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.
• A proactive, creative thinker with a keen interest in staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
