To provide fundamental nursing care, e.g., assistance with personal hygiene, eating and drinking, mobility needs, washing under direct or indirect supervision.

Tocarryoutlimitedclinicalobservations andundertakearangeofactivitiesunder direct or indirect supervision by a registered nurse, having been assessed as deemed competent in the activities required.
