Job Description:Hays Bristol Finance Team is currently recruiting for an Interim Management Accountant to join a prestigious law firm in central Bristol. This role is designed to cover a period of unexpected absence and support a busy budgeting period within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Core finance management accounts
- KPI reporting and maintenance of targets
- Billing and hours targets
- Month-end reconciliations, checks, and reviews
Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Arrangements:
- Hybrid/Remote working flexibility
- 1 day per week on-site in central Bristol
- Remaining days can be worked from home
