Graduate Account Executive Trainee

As an Account Executive you’ll be expected to work alongside the more senior members of the account handling team, assisting them in a wide range of tasks, such as liaising with clients, writing creative briefs, drawing up estimates, checking clinical references and tracking projects through online approval systems.

• Providing support to an Account Manager across a number of different accounts
• Being day-to-day contact for clients and keeping an overview of the work through writing of contact reports, updating status reports and sending emails
• Helping with briefing and scheduling of jobs through the agency
• Referencing of jobs
• Maintaining an overview of the account finances through developing estimates and scopes of work, adding in POs and scheduling invoices, getting reconciliation sheets up to date
• Inputting on creative ideas and solutions through involvement in ideation and concept development sessions An interest in the pharmaceutical and healthcare arena
• A degree, ideally in science
• Ability to manage your time efficiently while working on a range of different projects
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Effective and polite communicator
• Adaptability
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office
