Accounts Assistant - Billing

Full time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 + company bonus scheme + 27 days holiday (+ bank holidays + birthday off)Working: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Location: Hybrid Role - 3 days from home and 2 days in our Leeds Head Office!
We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to managing the end-to-end process of Campaign Billing.
Tasks Include:
- Updating the sales tracker on a weekly basis: adding new campaigns/bookings, amending existing campaigns/bookings & liaising with the relevant GIG Account Manager’s to review and action queries
- Liaise with the brand buyers to request outstanding PO’s
- Creating sales invoices based on the information in the sales tracker
- Raising PO’s on a monthly basis & uploading them to the CRM system.
- Process the supplier invoices.
- Sending out GIG PO’s to be signed by authorised signatories.
- Review receivable payments from the client, chasing payments where necessary.
- Review monthly client statements and reconcile to the ERP, where appropriate liaise with the client to highlight invoice queries.
- Liaising with the GIG Sales Admin team, review the impressions reports and forward them to the client.
- Recording rebate totals & actioning them once they are authorised by the client.
- Ad-hoc support on bank reconciliations, journal posting & month end close.
You will have:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Experience within SME is preferred
- Experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Accounting qualification such as accounting degree / AAT
