Lawyer Infrastructure

Location Birmingham or London 2 days in office per week

• A valid practising certificate is required with experience working in procurement law contract management commercial law or construction law
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience either in private practice or in-house roles ideally within the infrastructure rail or public sector industries
• Ability to offer legal advice and support on procurement law drafting and contract management and construction law
• Candidates should demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and a passion for working on large-scale projects
• 2 to 4 years post qualification experience working as a paralegal or qualified solicitor
• Experience in rail projects highways MoD DfT Network Rail or Thames Tideway projects is highly desirable
• NEC contract experience is a plus
