Job overview
We have an opportunity for you to become part of our friendly, dedicated and hardworking team on A5 Ward specialising in Gastroenterology. Our Mission is to support a friendly, progressive and encouraging working environment, where the focus of effort is to continually enhance patient care delivery.
You will be required to be fully flexible, this role will require 7 day working and consists of a combination of Day and Night shifts.
We can offer you excellent career development opportunities to hone your acute nursing skills, working very closely with our multi-disciplinary team.
This role requires an active UK NMC registration
Base Location: Poole Hospital (until relocation to RBH Site potentially end of 2025)Interview date: TBC

Technical Skills Competencies
Essential criteria- Basic It skills
- Non-IV and IV administration of medication
- Demonstrated ability with vital signs monitoring equipment and adaptability to recognise the deteriorating patient
Experience
Essential criteria- Evidence of continuing professional development;
- Previous acute hospital/ emergency care experience
Qualifications
Essential criteria- NMC Registered Nurse
- Post registration experience
