Responsibilities:

Reception Duties (where applicable)
 •  Greets all visitors and employees at Head Office in a warm friendly manner
 •  Responsible for answering all switchboard calls and re-directing appropriately
 •  Responsible for ensuring all messages are communicated to the relevant individual within a timely manner
 •  Responsible for the sorting and distribution of the post
 •  Manages the booking of the Head Office meeting rooms
 •  Books taxis for clients, visitors and employees

Customer Service
 •  Delivers a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
 •  Develops strong relationships across field support to support the objectives of the team
 •  Interacts with peers in other departments to achieve the overall objectives of the support function

Systems and Process Understanding
 •  Supports the administration function of the field office
 •  Supports the execution of standard processes – including but not limited to payroll, compliance,
 •  visas, overpayments, complaints.
 •  Manages and maintains the input of information into the key systems with a strong focus on data integrity
 •  Responsible for the collection of business-critical data
 •  Can extract key information from the system to support the overall objective of the Field Support team
