We are seeking dynamic and visionary leaders to join our team and contribute to the creation of a state-of-the-art healthcare facility that will set new standards in patient care and sustainability.

As the Deputy Programme Director: Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme, you will be pivotal in guiding the redevelopment of the Hinchingbrooke Hospital site. This role involves driving the implementation of a new hospital model, overseeing core programme workstreams such as Operations, Workforce, Digital, and Transformation.
Your leadership will ensure the programme meets the highest standards of governance, public accountability, and quality benchmarks, delivering substantial benefits to the community.
  • Lead the development of a Target Operating Model for the new Hinchingbrooke Hospital.
  • Facilitate collaboration between clinical and operational teams for seamless service integration.
  • Oversee and provide strategic leadership for Service Transformation, Workforce, Digital, Operations, and Communications workstreams.
  • Ensure alignment of the Target Operating Model with New Hospital Programme standards and NHS sustainability goals.
  • Represent the Trust at various levels and lead negotiations to deliver the Trust’s redevelopment schemes.
