Job Description- Identifying and researching potential new business opportunities
- Developing and implementing strategic business development initiatives
- Working with the engineering team to develop innovative product solutions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of business proposals and presentations
- Contributing to the development of the company's strategic plans
- Participating in industry events and conferences
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and market developments
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- A degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- An annual salary range of approximately £30,500 - £35,000
- Company Gainshare Scheme
- Attendance Recognition Scheme
- Pension - Employee Contribution 4% and Employer Contribution 7%
- 25 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays
