More detail about the role There is the potential that this may become a permanent role The role is working to support both Northern and Eastern Temporary Staffing Requirements the post will be primarily based in Exeter but there may be occasions where travel to Barnstaple is required.
We are a small team providing support to all departments in the Trust in providing temporary staffing solutions. You will be the first point of contact for temporary workers and Line Managers as well as external clients. The post holder will provide an end to end temporary staffing service including bank recruitment, bank system administration, management and coordination of agency booking.
The successful candidate must be highly motivated with excellent communication skills, enjoy working within a busy environment, are able to prioritise their workload and can work well under pressure. Experience working within an administration role and experience in using IT applications and software is essential, knowledge of working in a hospital environment is desirable for this role, but not essential.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven experience in dealing with service users. You will be flexible and adaptable with excellent IT skills. You will need to enjoy the challenge of working as part of a small team yet have the ability to use your own initiative to meet the changing needs of the department.
