Joining the team as a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be dealing with a varied caseload from inception to conclusion, liaising with clients, medical experts and other stakeholders to gather evidence and develop case strategies, attend court hearings, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
Our client envisages the successful candidate to be 1+ PQE with claimant or defendant clinical negligence experience. You will have excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills and be able to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
